Central Coast Plastics has a 1500 watt C02 Laser with a 50" x 100" Cutting Bed. For each project we have a $20.00 Set up fee. We charge by laser time required. We can cut through up to 1/2" Acrylic material. Sometimes we need a double pass to cut through material. We can also engrave bitmap files. Materials available for cutting are acrylic, wood, and other "NON-PVC based" materials. To receive a quotation please answer the following questions and Upload a .DXF (cut path file), .BMP (engraving file), or .AI (drawing file). Please note: We accept Adobe Illustrator files but will charge an additional $10 fee to properly convert the file. For a custom laser cutting / engraving quotation please fill out our LASER CUTTING QUOTATION REQUEST.
