Acrylic is a smart solution in general fabrication and a variety of applications. Our acrylic sheets are transparent, moisture-resistant, and about half the weight of glass. Acrylic is also clearer than glass and will not yellow after prolonged sun exposure, because it resists ultraviolet light degradation. Acrylic (Plexiglass) is easy to bend, cut, glue, polish, and thermoform, making it ideal in greenhouse glazing, shed and garage window installation, or indoor applications. Is weather resistance the primary concern? Despite cold, heat, humidity, and sunlight, our clear acrylic sheets maintain original color and appearance. Aluminum composite material (ACM) is a three-layer panel material made of two thin layers of pre-finished aluminum bonded on either side of a polyethylene (PE) core. PLEASE NOTE: Our polycarbonate sheet is made with the exact same resin as “Lexan” however our polycarbonate is not the Lexan Brand. LEXAN™ 9034 uncoated polycarbonate sheet is the standard grade of LEXAN™ sheet for transparent protective glazing. High-impact LEXAN™ 9034 sheets can be utilized for primary glazing, or on either side of existing glazing for economical protection against breakage or intrusions. A better insulator than glass, LEXAN™ 9034 sheet contributes to lower energy costs. It is virtually unbreakable, making its products an excellent candidate for safety in areas where parts may be exposed to high impact. Typical applications include interior applications for industrial and commercial, interior glazing in security areas, fabricated parts, industrial machine guards, and much more. Fluted (corrugated) Polypropylene (PP) sheet, a polyolefin product, is a lightweight, material known for its versatility across many industries and applications. Fluted PP is used in Graphic Arts, Packaging, Agriculture, Automotive and Industrial markets. Common applications include signage, trade show and retail display, binding/stationary, crates, as separators or liners in packaging, vehicle trunk liners, and more. Sturdy, reusable, recyclable, returnable, waterproof fluted polypropylene shipping containers are superior to corrugated paper and perfect for fresh-cut asparagus and celery, vine-picked grapes, and ice-packed corn and broccoli. Excellent insulation, the ribbed configuration of the multi-walled sheets traps air within the sheet, providing outstanding thermal insulation. It is ideal for applications where specific light transmission is required. It has a solar grade co-extruded layer that protects the sheets against yellowing and surface wear from extended UV exposure.

ABS boasts exceptional durability, low moisture absorption, and ease of fabrication. Thinner gauges can even be machined and die cut with simple effort. ABS is also known for its highly heat tolerant design, which allows for easy thermoforming and sonic welding on wood, epoxy, ceramic, and aluminum. Furthermore, parts made with ABS can be joined with machine screws, bolts, nuts, rivets, and spring steel fasteners.
Among other things, ABS is recognized for its mechanical toughness, wide temperature range, good dimensional stability, and exceptional chemical resistance.

A versatile and durable product, PVC Foam Sheet or expanded PVC is a durable, closed cell, free foam PVC sheet material that combines a rigid exterior and matte finish. PVC Foam Sheet is often referred to by its trade names, including but not limited to, Palight®, Sintra®, Komatex®, and Celtec®. Expanded PVC‘s unique characteristics make it ideal for POP displays, signage, kiosks, dimensional lettering, and display boards.
Expanded PVC has consistent color throughout the sheet and a perfect surface for screen/digital printing, painting, laminating, vinyl lettering and forming applications. This material is found in a variety of interior and limited exterior applications including menu boards, advertising displays, exhibits, and walls.
